Dear Sir:

Below is the Incident Report I prepared upon your request as reference for your radio interview on the Case of Alimuom vs. Sueno involving the Sexual Assault of a Minor Child.

That on the night of August 9, 2013, Antonio Alimuom y Ynares, 35 years of age (hereinafter the “alleged suspect”), a resident of No. 2 Akasya Street, Lumban, Laguna allegedly and with intent sexually assaulted Carl John Sueno y Alipio (hereinafter the “alleged victim”), 12 years of age, a resident of No. 23 Narra Street, Lumban, Laguna.

That according to the alleged victim, at 6:30 p.m. or thereabouts, he was walking home from the basketball court at No. 17 Ipil-Ipil Street, Lumban, Laguna, when he was called by the alleged suspect from the veranda of his bungalow. Thereby, the alleged victim approached, thinking that the alleged suspect, who was a dressmaker, had something for his mother, who was a former client. The alleged suspect invited him inside, and locked the door behind them, and thereafter grabbed his arm and pointed a sharp pair of scissors on his side, and said “’Wag kang papalag”, and proceeded to remove his pants and stroke his penis and perform oral sex on him…
