I have made numerous attempts at maintaining a blog, but never succeeded. My enthusiasm is always short-lived. My blogs--some of their names already forgotten--end up unattended and languishing in the vast cyber space after only a month or two.
But here we are again. This time, I am doing this blog as a requirement for my Fiction Workshop class. Because I am the lone student in this workshop class, my professor has suggested that we crowd-source comments for my works. From now until December, you can rest assured that this blog will be updated with fresh content weekly, and all your comments read (and maybe replied to).
The works that I will upload here are "attempts" at fiction writing. I do not consider myself a fiction writer, but as part of the creative writing curriculum for my graduate studies class, I am required to take two fiction subjects (Fiction Writing Techniques and Fiction Workshop). Most of the posts here are from my portfolio from the previous term (May to September). But some will be fresh attempts, as I work toward producing three short stories by the end of this term (September to December).
If you are interested, you can read my non-fiction works in my other blog.
Please feel free to comment on the comments you see her. I will read all your feedback, and take them into consideration, as I write and revise.
Happy reading, and thank you for your time!
